Australia and New Zealand, 17/09/21 | Press Release | Company Olympus Australia and New Zealand email addresses are changing

At Olympus, we’ve embarked on a journey to become a truly global company with enhanced digital capabilities in order to better support our staff, customers, and the wider community. As a result of this commitment, we’ve made a significant change.

From November 1st, all Olympus Australia and New Zealand staff email domains will change from @olympus.com.au/ @olympus.co.nz to @olympus.com*.

What do I need to do?

  • Please change your contact directories to reflect the change
    • You can start using the @olympus.com domains from now
  • Please inform your IT team of the change to ensure our new email domain is not blocked or whitelisted
  • Continue to use the same general enquiry or service email accounts (e.g. orders@olympus.com.au)

To support this change, for a short period, emails sent to staff utilising the @olympus.com.au/ @olympus.co.nz domains will be forwarded to the @olympus.com equivalent domain.

We apologise if this change causes inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.

*This change will only impact individual email addresses and all general enquiry or service email accounts will continue to function as @olympus.com.au/ @olympus.co.nz.
