Olympus Australia and New Zealand is excited to announce a newly formed partnership with InterMed Medical to promote and distribute Olympus ENT products in Australia and New Zealand. This partnership formally commences on Thursday, the 1st of July 2021, and has been established with the view of enhancing the Olympus ENT customer experience. As carefully selected partners, we believe InterMed will provide support for our ENT products with a strong commitment to quality service.
InterMed Medical is a well-established distribution company with over 40 years of success and innovation in the medical devices industry. They possess significant organisational expertise across many facets of the hospital environment, including the surgical suite. This, matched with their experienced sales, customer support, and efficient supply chain, positions InterMed to provide exceptional experience and support to you and your teams.
What does this partnership look like?
While InterMed Medical will focus on front line support to our existing portfolio, Olympus will continue to provide you with our world class technical service, support and training. In addition to this, global R&D for the ENT range remains an organisational priority and we commit to bringing our future pipeline to you.
This collaboration will ensure we can offer you the best of both companies, and we have complete confidence that the service levels you have experienced will continue seamlessly throughout this transition.
