What is the Olympus Store policy on returns?
As part of our standard service, all Olympus Store products are provided with warranty. If you receive a faulty product, you have up to 21 days from the shipping date to notify us. Acceptable circumstances for returns are as follows:
Why am I unable to find all your products on the Olympus Store?
Olympus is offering a selection of accessories for sale at the Olympus Store. Products such as cameras and voice recorders can be purchased at leading retailers and specialist stores. If you require the location of a retailer or store to purchase an Olympus product that is not available through Olympus Store please contact a Customer Support representative; the hours are 8:30am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, on (02) 9886 3974.
Why am I not able to add a product to My Cart?
If the Add to Cart button is not available for a product, it means that this product needs to be purchased at a retail store.
How long does a delivery take?
Allow up to 7 working days for items that are in stock in our warehouse. Estimated shipping time includes the time it takes to process, pack and despatch your order, as well as the time it takes to deliver the product to you after it has left our warehouse. Shipping time commences on the business day after your payment is approved and overall, it may take up to seven days (for non-metro areas) for you to receive your order.
At times, a purchased product may not be available for immediate shipment due to high demand or temporary stock unavailability. In such situations, Olympus can only ship your order when stock becomes available.
Where do you deliver products purchased through Olympus Store?
Delivery is only to areas within Australia, including to Australian PO box addresses.
How much am I charged for shipping?
Olympus charges a flat shipping fee of $10 inc GST for each delivery, Australia wide
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
Olympus does accept PO Box delivery requests
What if I am not at the shipping address on the scheduled delivery date?
Australia Post will leave a calling card for you, requesting that you pick up your order from your local post office.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped which you can use on the Australia Post website to check on the progress of the delivery. Australia Post’s track & trace service is located at the following web address: http://auspost.com.au/.
