Using an Olympus xD-Picture Card in your Olympus camera can reduce the time you wait before you can take or view another photograph. Not only do Olympus xD-Picture Cards support the exclusive Olympus Panorama option, it also features new Art Functions including 3D, Oil Painting, Cartoon and Watercolour. The only limit is your imagination. The extra functions which are used in conjunction with the software provided with your camera will add fun and creativity to your photography.
Art Effects
Editing is an easy one-step process! Render your pictures to look like a colorful line-art poster using "Cartoon", a soft Water painting look using "Water painting", or a layered oil painting look using "Oil paint". Enjoy these three different expressions with the xD Pack and Olympus Master software.
3D Effects
You can create 3 dimensional looking photographs using different 3D methods. One which requires red and blue glasses to view called "Color Filter Glasses", fun ways to enjoy visual effects like "Parallel View Method" and the "3D Photo Stand Method" which utilizes commercial photo stands. Only pictures shot with Olympus digital cameras in "Panorama Mode" can be used to get the 3D effects.
Panaroma
Wide angle landscape scenes that had to be shot in multiple frames can now be combined using your Olympus Master software! You will need to use an xD-Picture card and your Olympus Master software. Only pictures shot using "Panorama Mode" on an Olympus digital camera can be used.
