Return Information

As part of our standard service, all Olympus Shop products are provided with warranty. In the case of a faulty item, you have up to 21 days from the shipping date to notify us.

Acceptable circumstances for return:
  • Product is DOA (Dead On Arrival)
  • Product sent is different to product ordered
  • Product arrived damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of taking receipt of delivery)
  • Olympus will not accept returns due to changes of mind or heart
Olympus uses the Australia Post eParcel Returns process.

If you have a faulty item please follow the steps below:
  • Contact Olympus Customer Support on +61 2 9886 3974
  • The fault will be confirmed with you over the phone
  • If Olympus Customer Support determines that the product you have received is faulty based on Olympus' fault determination guidelines, we will send you an email with a Return shipping label
  • Please print this Return shipping label
  • Package the item securely & apply the Return shipping label
  • Please take the Return to your local Post Office for lodgement
  • Please ensure that you receive a receipt for the Return
  • Olympus will contact you on receipt of the Return regarding Replacement, Refund or Repair
